We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Intern (Acoustic Studies) to support our acoustic consultancy team in delivering high-quality studies for architectural and built-environment projects. This role is ideal for architecture graduates or students with a strong interest in building acoustics, sound control, and environmental performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing acoustic studies for buildings, including noise impact assessments and internal acoustic evaluations.
- Support site surveys, data collection, and documentation related to sound and vibration.
- Help analyze acoustic data and contribute to technical reports and drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate acoustic requirements into design solutions.
- Support the development of acoustic layouts, calculations, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct research on materials, systems, and regulations related to architectural acoustics.
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for internal use.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Interest in acoustic design, sound behavior in buildings, and environmental performance.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings and design principles.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and research skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from industry professionals.
- Previous experience of Acoustic or architectural internship is a plus.
